The Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Since September 2000, OOO “Law Firm “Ardashev&Partners” has been member of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) and at the same time, by virtue of this status, member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCIRF).
We consider our membership in UCCI and CCI as a way of bringing new, advanced technologies of protection of rights to a wide range of entrepreneurs. Moreover, membership in the Chamber makes it possible to conduct an equal dialogue with the state authority, to bring hopes of Russian and foreign entrepreneurs to it and to work out ways of elimination of unreasonable restrictions jointly with it.
Due to our membership in the Ural CCI, our company began to develop actively educational activities and act as a participant and organizer of scientific workshops on actual problems of foreign economic deals, contract law and taxation. Our firm has been conducting such seminars since 2000 not only under aegis of and in close cooperation with the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry, but also with other educational centers, including in other regions.
Membership in CCI facilitates search for and forming of contacts and partnerships with entrepreneurs from other regions of Russia, and from foreign countries, indeed.
From the Articles of CCI of RF (Article 10)
“CCI of Russia was established to promote the development of all levels of business organizations, forming of favourable industrial, financial, trading, and scientific policy, settling of differences between entrepreneurs and their social partners, creation of favourable conditions for entrepreneurial activities and organization of mutual support between subjects of entrepreneurial activities and the state represented by its authorities, comprehensive development of all types of commercial and economic and scientific and technical relations between entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation with those from other countries, as well as adjustment and representation of interests of all members of CCI of Russia, entrepreneurs and their unions regardless of forms of ownership, subordination and location on the territory of the Russian Federation”.
